Calcium lactate inspection methods

Acidity
Take this product 1.0g, add boiling over

dissolved in 20ml warm water, let cool, add 2

drops of phenolphthalein indicator Sodium lactate and

sodium hydroxide solution (0.1mol / L) 0.50ml,

should be significantly pink.
Chloride
Take this product 0.10g, according to inspection

(Appendix Ⅷ A), with a standard sodium chloride

solution 5.0ml control solution made, shall not

be thicker (0.050%)
Sulfate
Take this product 0.40g, according to inspection

(Appendix Ⅷ B), made with standard potassium

sulfate solution 3.0ml control solution may not

be thicker (0.075%).
Barium salt
Take this product 1.0g, 20ml water to dissolve,

is divided into two equal parts, one as a

control tube, another plus calcium sulfate

solution 1ml, for 15 magnessium lactate, compared with the

control tube, not thicker.
Molysite
Take this product 0.50g, add water 25ml,

dissolved by heating in a water bath, let cool,

according to inspection (Appendix Ⅷ G), with

the standard iron solution 2.5ml were made using

the same method was compared to no deeper

(0.005%).
Heavy Metal
Take this product 1.0g, add 15ml of water and

acetate buffer (pH3.5) 2ml micro heat dissolved,

let cool, add water to make into a 25ml,

according to inspection (Appendix Ⅷ H first

law), containing heavy metals should not exceed

one hundred ten ten buffered lactic acid.
Arsenic
Take this product 1.0g, 5ml hydrochloric acid

dissolved in 23ml of water, according to

inspection (Appendix Ⅷ J first law), shall meet

the requirements (0.0002%).
