Sodium lactate drug interactions

Sodium lactate and sodium novobiocin, tetracycline Calcium lactate,  sodium sulfadiazine was incompatibility.
Adverse reactions:
1, there is hypocalcemia (such as uremia), the correction of acidosis prone to numbness in limbs, pain, convulsions, breathing difficulties and other symptoms, because due to the decrease in serum calcium concentration.
2, accelerated heart rate, chest tightness, shortness of breath and other pulmonary edema, heart failure,magnessium lactate and so on.
3, the blood pressure.
4, weight gain, edema.
5, the amount of overtime occurs alkalosis.
6, serum potassium concentration, sometimes hypokalemia performance.
Contraindications:
1, heart failure and acute pulmonary edema.
2, cerebral edema.
3, lactic acidosis has been a significant time.
4, severe liver dysfunction.
5, severe renal failure have little or no urine.
